| I have looked after elderly people for 5 years. Helped them with their shopping, cooking, looking after them, reading for them.

| Im a health care assistant, I offer up to 4 calls per day, minimum visit time of 30 mins. 8am to 8pm . Trained with hoists, Sara steady mobility aids, medication, infection control, covid -19, dementia care. I enjoy chatting with clients and Making a difference, when you can’t be there . Let me help you to take care of your loved ones. Services I offer : dressing and undressing , personal care, mobility assistants, meal preparation, domestic housework, companionship, shopping visits and earrings , one to one care. I offer a bespoke personal package with someone who really cares and wants to make a difference everyday for you and your loved ones .

| I have worked in the community as a carer, my most recent care experience has been live in, i have learnt a lot in live in care, rehabilitation, working with district nurses and GPs ensuring the best care is given for who i am looking after, personal care and ensuring dignity and independence at all times, use of hoists. Ensuring that whoever i look after feels happy and safe in their own home. I have dealt with medication, i enjoy my job and i will do a very good job wherever i am.

| I became a carer just over a year ago when I lost my Grandad and reached a really low point in my life. Caring for vaulnarable elderly adults helped me to feel like I was giving back to the wonderful care my Grandad received in the last 3 years of his life. I began my career in a busy care home that specialised in Dementia care. I then moved on recently to home care. Nothing is more rewarding than caring for elderly. I love to listen to stories of their lives and can spend hours chatting to my clients. I love to encourage independents and no job is too much. Happy to help with anything from full personal care to just being a companion.

| I have worked as a carer before undertaking my nursing training, in 2 different places. I completed a course in Dementia Awareness. I went on to do a degree in Mental Health Nursing and went into a care home to work with elderly people with dementia. I have just left this post as I was the only nurse on very long shifts and was getting harder and harder to actually spend quality time with people!

| I cared for my mum for 5 years. She had Alzheimer's and mobility problems. The daily care involved helping my mum to get out of bed and wash/dress herself, then the same at night. Prepare all food and drink during the day. Housework, laundry and ironing. Food shopping . Taking my mum to hospital appointments and out for day trips either in my car or pushing my mums wheelchair. Most importantly, I was my mums constant companion.
