| I am a dedicated to providing a good service, I am friendly and very respectful.

| I have been working in the social care sector for 13 years now, I have experience in providing personal care and assisting individuals with disablities within their home environment. I have a possitive attitude with extensive experience supporting children with autism and challenging behaviours, young people who come from broken homes, childhood trauma and abuse, anxiety, drug and alcohol abuse, mental health, challenging behaviours and complex needs. Adults with learning difficulties, complex needs and mental health issues such as bipola, depression, anxiety and schizophrenia, homelessness, domestic violence, trauma, drug and alcohol abuse. My inspirations come from the heart, I work in my unique way by developing and implementing individual structure to help improve overall quality of life for everyone I support. I am always looking out for new ideas and activities to do with my service users. I am caring, respectful, friendly and a bubbly individual, I have passion to effectively connect and build a rapport with different ethnicty of all ages and backgrounds.
