Miglena has been one of mum's main carers over the last 4 years. Initially, Miglena was providing transport to the day centre and for social visits to family. All noted how caring she was towards mum. Within a few months, Miglena took on more care responsibilities including personal care, shopping and exercising mum. She is very reliable, has strong communication skills, and is diligent. We regard her as one of the family in terms of how she looks after mum. Recommend her highly."

Naesha has been working for my family over the last couple of months and I honestly don’t know what we would do without her help and support towards my mum who suffers from dementia but also to the invaluable support she gives to the family as a whole. Naesha is able to engage well with my mum and handles challenging behaviour extremely well. When mum will refuse a shower or her daily medication from the other carers she will mostly certainly accept it from Naesha. Her wealth of knowledge and her ability to blend in well within the family and the rest of the care team is second to none. Mum trust Naesha completely and it shows in her overall mood on a daily basis."

Caring and looking after the wellbeing of the elderly people in need!
| I was recently caring for an elderly lady for the last three years where I supported her through her dementia, from diagnosis to three years later when the disease deteriorated to her being completely immobile and therefore had to be taken to a nursing home . I was fully responsible for her, looking after her, doing her shopping, washing and taking care of her. I always have cared for elder people and have gone above and beyond even if they were just our neighbors and not my job to take care of them, would like to continue dedicated my services to supporting the elderly.

My Passion for Care
| My passion for care is evident because of the way I work and interact with people, this started when I was in secondary school when I did work experience, I volunteered to work in care home for two weeks which I really enjoyed, but that was not enough to make me pursue and work in the Health Care sector. I would say that my passion came from looking after my mum who had stroke for four years, looking after her was a bittersweet experience, I had to take care of her business, do the cooking, shopping, doing personal care ( cleaning, washing and dressing etc), take on house chores and encouraging her every step of the way. I have also worked in several different care homes and supported living accommodations for vulnerable young adults, this is what I have experience in: - personal care - assisting with medications - record keeping - changing catheters and colostomy bags - communicating with people that have dementia and alzheimers. - hoisting - feeding - organising activities Working with care agencies really helped me get the experience I needed, it has been hard but also rewarding, I genuinely love taking care of people, they don’t have to be sick for me to take care of them.

| Dear whom this may concern, thank you very much for taking the time to read a little bit about me. Hi I am Sarah I am 34 ( nearly 35!) I am a huge animal lover and a Disney fan, family and friends are everything to me also. I enjoy reading, walks along the coast and exploring the outdoors but also like a nice hot cup of tea and a good film with a yummy roast dinner. Care is something I have always wanted to do from a young age, I have over ten years experience meeting lots of lovely, wonderful people, helping to make a small/large difference to their life whilst making them smile a long the way. I gained a Level Five Diploma Leadership in Health and Social CareI and now I feel it is now time to spread my wings and be my own boss. My Grandad with Dementia recently passed away and I helped look after him too. My path has take me to various different settings from peoples homes to hospitals, day centres, Residential homes and more. I volunteered as a Befriender for the elderly for AGE UK a few years ago, I look forward to chatting to you, please feel free to ask any questions.
