I have been in the care industry many years starting in a residential care home I stayed there 9 years completed my nvq 1,2 & 3
I then wanted to develop my care skills so moved into the domicilery care section which I enjoyed doing very much stayed there for 9 year also, I then moved I. To another different section of care independent living which turned out to be not very independent but I stayed there 18 months another company took over who worked against the carers and concerntrated on the money more than the care
I went back to a care home setting which I disliked for day one the care just wasn’t the care that I’m used to giving and working there was going against my principles of been a carer I left after 3 months
