| I am a kind, cheerful, calm and laid-back nanny, who has a genuine love and enjoyment for caring for children. I moved to Abergavenny two years ago from Edinburgh, and have been working as a nanny for almost 7 years. Prior to that I was employed as a child-minder and babysitter from the age of 16, so I have tons of hands on experience with kids of all ages! I am energetic and creative and love planning fun activities to do with the children I look after. I also work as a freelance illustrator in my spare time, so I love thinking of arty and crafty things to do. I love nature and being outdoors, so I try and get outside and enjoy the fresh air with the kids as much as I can. I take pride in my role as a nanny, and always ensure the children I look after are hitting their developmental and language milestones, as well as keeping all play areas clean and tidy. I am a confident and creative cook, and I love coming up with new, nutritious meals that kids will enjoy. I have a clean driving license, and I am First Aid trained and DBS checked. I find children truly inspiring and fun to be around, and I’m really looking forward to becoming part of a new family and getting to know them.
