| Previously worked in a nursery setting for 3 years, ages 1-3/4, where I gained my level 2 qualification. I’ve now been nannying nearly 2 years and love every minute. I love building a special bond with the children and family too. DBS on update service, and PFA up to date too!

While doing fostering I worked with young children who had more challenging behaviour and also young adults with autism and ADHD. Whilst Nannying I did full time and part time hours. I enjoy being outside and love a good excuse to have a game of garden cricket, tennis, rounders etc if it's hot then water games. I am a dog owner and have had my own small holding so I enjoy getting envoled with animals and have been a keen gardener from growing my own veg to enjoying planting and maintaining pretty shrubs etc I have always enjoyed being crafty and as I have certain dietary requirements I also have good knowledge of recipes and how to modify them to cater for children who have any specific requirements. I have also done support work for families who need an extra pair of hands due to a family member being ill or having had an operation etc

| Hello my name is Amy. I am currently on maternity leave after having my first child. I am looking to return to work on a part time basis. I am initially looking for some work over the summer as either a part time nanny (preferably with my daughter), a proxy parent or an early years or key stage 1 tutor. I have been a teacher for 11 years both as a Montessori teacher and mainstream teacher. Before that I was a full time nanny to two young girls for 2 years. Before having my daughter I returned to nannying for a year caring for 3 children ages between 2 and 9. Throughout university, and more recently school holidays, I have spent my holidays working for families both in the UK and abroad with children from 4 months to 14 years. I have also worked in several nurseries with babies from 4 months. As well as being a mother myself, so therefore having experience with new borns, I am an Aunty to 5 children ranging from 4 to 10 and have had plenty of first hand experience with them also. I have tutored for several children throughout my teaching carrier for children up to 8 years old.
