| I've worked in nurseries, as a child minder and kids party entertainer for the last 7 years. I'm a mother of 1 little girl who's 2 1/2 years old and it is my favourite thing in the world. She loves being other kids and is a really easy going child so taking her to work and including her in child minder has never been an issue. I practice gentle parenting and follow a montessori inspired method of play and allow children to lead, observe their interests and provide them more opportunities in those areas of interest.
