| I am an international student (originally from Germany) who has spent a lot of time travelling and is now in Glasgow for the next three years to complete my degree at the Glasgow school of art. I grew up bilingual and have a british passport, so there should be no problems when it comes to communication. I haven’t professionally worked as a nanny but I grew up taking care of my cousins and neighbours kids on many occasions. I am a reliable, caring and trustworthy person looking to earn some extra cash.

I started my career as a modern apprentice qualifiying in February 2017. I am very reliable with excellent time keeping and attendance. | I have five years of experience working with young children as a volunteer teacher and nanny. Whilst nannying I really enjoy being able to make a personal connection with each child I look after and plan fun activities around their interests. I often like to plan themed weeks around different topics — it might be outer space, butterflies, or a specific country. To me, the sky is the limit and it's all about what engages your child. I have also loved to spend time cooking or baking with those I looked after and plan exciting days outside (museums, petting zoo, etc.) I am also a visual artist and have degrees in music performance and education. Each of these skill sets is something I bring to my childcare work and I am also happy to provide tutoring in any of these areas. | My first experience of working with children was in 2013 when I became a nanny for an 18 month old boy. I was his nanny for two years until I moved to Edinburgh and became a teaching assistant at Clifton Hall School, a private school on the outskirts of Edinburgh. I worked there for 4.5 years. During that time I qualified as a Nursery Practitioner and worked in the Nursery at Clifton Hall until I moved to Glasgow in October 2019. I moved due to a new job opportunity at a private school in Glasgow. I am now studying a BA Childhood Practice degree back in my hometown of Ayr and looking for a new job as a nanny. I love children, the company of children and watching them learn and grow.
