| Hello, I am currently a care assistant/ senior carer looking after the elderly with Alzheimer’s and Dementia, I honestly love what I do, however, after 4 1/2 years In this role, I feel I would like a change. Although my only experience in this particular field was gained when I worked in a children’s activity play centre and looking after friends children, I feel I have a lot to offer as a nanny. | I have had experience in different age groups such as babies, toddlers and pre-school children, and whilst at university I have also had experience in schools. So I am able to adhere to each of these children's care needs including, making up bottles, dressing children and changing nappies. In addition to this, I believe that working in a busy nursery has given me the skills to also become an efficient cleaner due to having to clean the nursery ourselves, therefore, I feel that I could complete light housework, as and when is needed.
