I am a confident and reliable individual with excellent communication skills and a proven ability to work within a team. I pride myself by consistently delivering high quality work within my working environment. I understand the importance of developing strong relationships with individuals in order to appreciate their personal requirements. I have gained my Level 3 extended diploma in Health and Social Care. I'm currently working full time as a care worker. I have been babysitting for five years, so have experience with looking after children who's ages range from 1-14 years old. I have completed work placements at Banbury College Foundation Studies, educational classes for teenagers with leaning/behavioural difficulties and a work placement at a playgroup where I learnt how to engage and interact with children. Also, I learnt how to help prepare healthy meals and do different stimulus activities. I thoroughly enjoyed these placements and enjoyed the challenges that came along, as well as the rewarding behaviour. I have got a current CRB (police check) and have up to date First Aid training. I'm a caring and enthusiastic individual with the passion to help others excel in what they are doing.

| I’ve worked in care for 24 years. I have nvq2 & 3. I’ve worked with elderly, dementia, brain injury, quadrapligic, learning disabilities, physical disabilities. Children and adult clients. My main work for the last 6/7 years I work in complex care. Which is my preferred work. I’m a happy, friendly person who is hardworking, reliable, trustworthy and willing.

| I have a 7 year old brother with Autism Spectrum Disorder. He often has violent outbursts and struggles greatly with his coordination and speech. Due to the age gap between me and my brother and the fact that my mom is a single mother, I have a lot of responsibility where childcare is concerned. I have experience with behavioural issues and rituals/habits that ASD children may have and am happy to comply within reason to keep your child happy and safe.
