| I am a 23 year old woman. I have worked within the care sector since I was 16 years old. I have worked with PMLD, autism, mental health, elderly, learning disabilities, end of life. I am very interested and got a passion for people with learning disabilities. I am a very caring person with a heart of gold. I am always willing to go the extra mile and help as much as possible

| Worked for Autism west Midlands on nights for 15 years .I've also worked within agencies in the past .working for Dean Health care .looking after people in their own homes .

| I have six + years experience within care and supporting children and adults with additional needs. I am on the DBS update service and I am always willing to support where possible and allow individuals to feel like they are understood, getting to know them as individuals.
