Hello, I am currently a care assistant/ senior carer looking after the elderly with Alzheimer’s and Dementia, I honestly love what I do, however, after 4 1/2 years In this role, I feel I would like a change. Although my only experience in this particular field was gained when I worked in a children’s activity play centre and looking after friends children, I feel I have a lot to offer as a nanny. I am a very upbeat, bubbly and caring person who is extremely hardworking. I take pride in everything I do and I will always work to the best of my ability and have the willingness to learn. I have many interests and hobbies outside of work, such as; Singing/ listening to music, walking in the countryside, swimming, playing badminton, drawing (mainly Disney characters), ironing and I also love to bake. I am originally trained as a chef which I studied for 3 years at Stratford Upon Avon catering college, during this time I worked at Russell’s in Broadway as their pastry chef and went full time once my course had ended. I value my family and friends as they are very important to me and I would love to be considered and given an opportunity to become a part of yours. Thank you for your time, Maria
