| Hi my name is Alice I’m 21 years old. Since 2019 I have worked in care homes for elderly and children. For the past two years I have worked in a special needs school, looking to do some work privately a couple of days a week as well as working along side my other job as a HLTA.

| I have worked in childcare for the last 6 years where I have developed so much understanding of different aged children. I have a 11 month old little girl so know how difficult it is to juggle everything sometimes. I have had safeguarding training,first aid training as well as thing to promote positive behaviour. I have left the nursery I was at for six years due to wanting to spend more time with my little girl.

| I am currently a teaching assistant but looking to become a childminder/nanny. I have worked in a school for 6 years and have had experience working from the 2 year old room all the way up to year 6. I have experience with speech and language also

| Hey! I'm Neve, a 23 year old outgoing, sociable and kind individual who feels huge reward from seeing little ones grow, develop and suceed milestones whilst supporting parents in anyway possible. I have grown up with three younger sisters to help care for, I have three god-children and have worked as a Nursery Practitioner since I left school. I think by finding the right family to work for I could be a real asset in supporting a work/life balance and becoming an extra member of the family for the little one/s to bond with, trust and develop alongside. I have always been proud of my ability to follow relevant guidelines and procedures whilst maintaining a sensible level of common sense, adapting to any situations accordingly. In the last year of my current job role I gained a level 3 early years NVQ and became the dual designated safeguarding officer. These responsibilities along with a clean, full driving license, level 2 food hygiene and level 3 paediatric first aid training makes me an ideal candidate.
