Montana was brilliant with our daughter. Her communication was great from start to finish. Through no fault of her own she was delayed due to a road traffic incident, and even offered to stay later at no charge to make up the time (though of course we said no need!) Our daughter loved being looked after by Montana and has repeatedly asked when she is coming back! She read to her, fed her dinner, and got her settled for the night. My children spent 2 days a week with Hanisa for several months and they loved her - even though my kids didn`t speak a word of English! She was incredibly cheerful and welcoming and made great efforts to make it as comfortable for the kids as possible.
