We have recently interviewed Laura for a part time Nanny position, and all the family liked her. She's very spontaneous with kids and has a natural skill to deal with them. We have extensively discussed her experience in Italy and we could feel her background, as a tutor. While questioned about facing difficult situations, we felt she had the right attitude to be able to effectively resolve or avoid conflict with children. We ended up not offering her the position simply because we live in different areas of London, and the commuting time every day would have been too long. All documents are up to date including Childminding Course, First Aid, DBS, Safeguarding and families are able to view when we meet. I charge £6 per child per hour and give invoices for all childcare undertaken. I am able to offer a pick up and drop off service if parents are interested in this service.
