I enjoyed talking to her and finding out about her life and dreams. When the work was done, I asked her if she fancied doing some ironing for extra money. I left it up to her to manage her time, as I had to get on with some cooking, and she went above and beyond, not wishing to leave anything un-ironed. How can you not appreciate such a person? | Seeking nannying in North London area ASAP. I am 30years old and young at heart, I have over 10years of experience working with 0-10year olds. My cumulative experience is from primary schools, state and private nursery’s, babysitting and nannying. I have always had a great deal of interest in supporting little ones in their holistic needs. I believe in engaging with children. They develop best by exploring and trial and error experiences! However it's important to know when to intervene and when not to as to allow them opportunity to learn and grow to develop sustainable skills for life; independence, perseverance, confidence, self believe and all of these qualities combined will result in comprehending what success looks like and feels like thereafter transfering these into real life experiences, further on in life. My two favourite sayings regarding children are, teach children, feed them for life, do it for them and starve them for life. Also children are the future, teach them well and let them lead the way, show them all the beauty they posses inside, teach them a sense of pride!
