My children spent 2 days a week with Hanisa for several months and they loved her - even though my kids didn`t speak a word of English! I am intentional about the example I set, while also building a unique bond with each individual child. I grew up in a family business, and often had au pairs while growing up. From this experience I am well aware of the impact a carer can have on the wellbeing and development of a child. Many of my happiest memories are with my past au pairs, and I aim to recreate that for the children I care for. In my prior two roles I have become a valued addition to the household, and remain close both with the children and parents I have worked with.
