I am a mother of two beautiful children, who are 4 and 3 years old. I have had years of experience in looking after children in care and supporting young adults and adults with learning disabilities. I am now a registered childminder. I have level 2 pediatric first aid training, safeguarding, and level 2 food saftey training.
Before having my children l was a locality manager my role was to support staff teams and to ensure they provideded a high level of care. Our role as a team was to promote independence, encourage life skills and to create safe secure, happy and enabling enviroment's and to ensure that each individual had the opportunity to reach their full potential.
As a childminder I like to provide home from home care. We will have active days, exploring, mixing with others and going on adventures. I will work to the EYFS, to ensure that every child gets the best out of their care that's provided by me.
