| I have worked in a school the past year so I have fire training, first aid training and a valid dbs. Having worked closely with children for the past eight years I feel I have a very good insight into all children. I have worked with children with disabilities, language barriers, multiples, large families, newborns through to teens. I like to keep the job exciting and fun for everyone whilst maintaining my responsibility. In my experience childcare jobs only work when you get an instant connection with the family and children. | I work in a nursery I had been at this job for 16 years, I have 19 years experience, I’m been in my recent nursery for a year after being made redundant I have two daughters myself they are 12 and 10 years. | I have just completed my 2-year college course studying level 3 early years. I am still relevantly new to childcare however due to my course, I have completed work placements in a baby room, nursery/preschool as well as in a reception class in a primary school setting.
