After School Care Lechlade

| I have just completed my 5th year of teaching with 3 years of experience in the UK and 2 years of experience in the USA. I have worked with a range of age groups across the primary age and have experience of working with multiple children at any given time. I am available throughout the summer to support with after school care until schools are out and even to support child care needs throughout the summer. I have experience tutoring and babysitting as well as subbing for a nanny to provide support to families while the nanny is on holiday. I also have experience working with children with additional needs.

| I have a level 3 National BTEC Extended Diploma in Children’s Play, Learning and Development. I qualified in 2020 and have previously worked at a nursery. I am allergy trained, epi-pen trained and have a good hygiene certificate. I have 5 godchildren who I have looked after and done night feeds from since they were 6wks old (eldest is nearly 11). I have 6 nieces and nephews who I regularly look after and often have them overnight (ranging from 1-14yrs old), with the youngest who is SEN. Last year I had a part-time job looking after a child with ADHD and autism, which was after school and I would also help the child with their homework and prepare dinner if needed. Whilst working at the nursery I was a 1:1 with a non verbal SEN child. If I’m looking after one set of my nieces and nephews (2-6yo) if the weather is nice we will go to coate water or the park. I’m more than happy to be around pets (I love dogs!)

| I have spent the last 4 years caring for children - providing dinners, picking up from school, taking them to after school activities and bathing/bedtime. I enjoy being around the children and appreciate you must always keep a close watch at all times.

| I was Au Pair in a 2 families, one in Swansea looked after lovely 11 year old boy. Also in Swindon I looked after two children-7 years boy and 2 years girl. Was amazing experience with kids and miss them. Every day was started with breakfast, help children to be ready for school and take to the school. After with little girl we usually was to the play groups and had a really great time: playing, dancing, singing, having little snack. At lunch time we came home to have lunch, little nap, and go to pick up old boy from school. After school we walked in the park which was on the way to the home and playing little bit with children. Arriving home, children resting,until dinner is ready and they had dinner, prepare homework and tidy up for be all #####.### in the end preparing shoes and clothes for next day. For me was really enjoyable ,because all time I felt my self and children busy and also more activity, more fun, more sweet hearts-is #######.#### I loving pets.I used to walk with little cute dog from children family after work and have a relaxing time.I love babies,have little experience looking after my partner cousin which has 5 months, is a adorable kid and I find very interesting role for care newborns .

She was extremely flexible, for which we were very grateful. She has a very child-led approach, being hugely attentive to our child's needs and placing great importance on play, which our child adored. Thank you Janet!' Previous to this my work with children was in nurseries, play schemes (after school and holiday) and PGL Adventure Camps. I have also worked in adult care support work. I enjoy childcare work and have a fun and caring nature. So im happy to get involved in any activities outdoors or indoors with kids and also support with home work too. | I am now currently working in Busy Bees nursery, 5 days a week, where I spend the day in with toddlers from 8-5.15 , but from 3.30 onwards in the after school club. Here I am also doing my NVQ level 3. I worked in Tiggers nursery in Cirencester for just over a year, during my time there gained level 2 NVQ. I am fully DBS (CRB) checked and first aid trained. As well as working in the nursery I babysat my 2 nieces, aged 4 and 7 and children from friends of family aged between 7-12. I love being involved and part of a childs learning and growing, I believe they learn from the adults around them and love the thought of having young peoples looking up to me as their teacher in life. As i work full time, I have kept this profile going for anyone who needs babysitters. I am free most evening and weekends. I have own transport too. I hope to hear from you :)

| I have just finished my role most current role as a nanny for the past 2 and a half - 3 years. The family I worked for had 3 children, 2 primary school aged and 1 secondary. I'm very responsible and I love to provide nurturing childcare for those I look after. I currently work for Wiltshire college and I have references that I can provide. I was previously Voluntary Ofsted registered and I have certificates in safeguarding and first aid. I also have a full driving license so can do school pick up's and after school club run's.

| I have experience caring and looking after younger children, as I have previously worked in a horse riding school where everyday we would have the children come in and we would be given out 3/4 children to look after each. Here I would make sure to keep them safe, keep them happy, keep them educated, sit with them on they’re lunch breaks. Id say I had a good eye for seeing if a child looked lonely (e.g. seeing a child sat by themselves eating lunch I would go over and make they felt okay, would offer my company but I also respect that sometimes children like to have time to themselves and if this was the case I would keep an eye on them from a distance. I have my own transport so can do pickups/ drop offs, dropping off to any after school clubs. I do also have my own pony so given permission by parent this is an activity that we could do in the given time. And like I said I have worked with kids in the horse industry so I can spit problems, communicate and understand children.

I have also worked with children with special needs. Providing physio therapy, administering medication, preparing feed formula for peg feeding. All aspects of personal care. Administering oxygen, suctioning monitoring stats. Trachy care
