Primary school teacher looking to be an extra pair of hands for a lovely family
| During my degree, I worked as a part time nanny for a family. This job led me to discover that working with children was something I thoroughly enjoyed. I then went on to become an LSA at Eaton House the Manor. During my time at this school, I supported two boys who had type 1 diabetes. After EHTM I went on to become an nanny for a family in Nottinghill, this position included full time care of three children aged 5,9,and 12. I traveled away with the family, planned and prepared nutritious meals, operated a family timetable which included children's school and after school schedules and also tutored the children with their studies. I then went on and became an LSA at Merryhills Primary. For four consecutive months, I was given the responsibly of planning Math and English for my intervention group. At the end of the school year, I was lucky enough to have the opportunity to take on a new role at my school: Advanced Skills TA. The role has consisted of covering teachers in all year groups at very short notice. I now work at a lovely primary school in Witney, I have also been able to do my teacher training here last year. Finally, for the last year I have been looking after two new born twins.

| Hi. This is the review from last employer... ......'Janet looked after our child for a couple of months, providing us with some much needed support during a gap in our childcare plans before a nursery place became available. She was extremely flexible, for which we were very grateful. She has a very child-led approach, being hugely attentive to our child's needs and placing great importance on play, which our child adored. Thank you Janet!' Previous to this my work with children was in nurseries, play schemes (after school and holiday) and PGL Adventure Camps. I have also worked in adult care support work. I enjoy childcare work and have a fun and caring nature. So im happy to get involved in any activities outdoors or indoors with kids and also support with home work too. I have a driving license and am happy to do any basic meals and obviously tidying up after. Let me know if you are interested in chatting to see if this I’d be a suitable match for you. I’m not registered as a childminder but I do have a current DBS and can get recent childcare references also. Located in Faringdon (oxfordshire) and looking to continue to work pretty local really if possible.

Fun, down to earth nanny
| Hi, my name is Beth and I'm 28 years. I started in childcare 11 years ago as an apprentice at a nursery where I qualified and stayed for 5 years. From the nursery I started my first nanning role where I fell in love with the job, I was with the family for 5 years and we are still very close and keep in contact. I am a fun, bubbly person who really enjoys working through play ( messy, creative, outdoors etc ) to help with their development and learning. My Experience My previous family I was with for 5 years starting when the boys were 9 months and 5 years. I had a very good relationship with both the boys and the parents, working alongside them helping with the boys and helping around the house. When the youngest started school so I lost hours. This worked out for a year and then the pandemic happened and I went back to looking after one family, where I helped with home schooling and making sure the boys were safe and happy. Currently I am with a family with 3 girls, 5,10&13. Helping around the house, dog walking and taking the girls to various after-school clubs.
