| I have been involved in childcare for around 4 years. I was an Au Pair for 2 years and looked after 2 children (ages 2 and 7). This involved home schooling, housework, pick ups and drop offs at school and various clubs, and assisting their visually impaired mother with everyday tasks. More recently I have been working at a nursery, caring for children aged 0-4, and an after school / holiday club, caring for children aged 5-11. I organised lots of group activities (sports, crafts etc.) and also helped out with the SEN children. | Hello! I've been doing babysitting in my local area for a few years now, and have always really enjoyed spending time with children. I recently was an au pair in Italy for three months, meaning I lived with a family and provided childcare full time - the children were aged 2, 4 and 6. I am most experienced with toddlers, but have done childcare with children from two to eleven. I've always felt very comfortable and capable around children. I'm responsible and dependable, and always take special care to ensure the safety and happiness of the children I look after. I always encourage creativity - I like doing craft-based activities, or any games or puzzles, building lego... whatever it is your children are into! And I especially love giving bedtime stories.

| I have over three years experience of paid work as a Relief Nursery Assistant. However, I have far more additional experience as I have been involved in childcare, activity planning, and leading at kids and youth groups for many years. I have also worked as a part time nanny in the past while at university. I relate well to children and babies of all ages and can plan fun and relevant activities. My priority is providing a nurturing and fun environment where children can feel secure and happy. I am a qualified Level 3 Childcare Practitioner and I am currently in my final year, studying a degree in Child and Adolescent Mental Health and Wellbeing at Edge Hill. This does mean I am not currently available as a permanent nanny but I can do babysitting or more short term care over my Summer/ Easter holidays.
