I am a 30-year-old woman I live in Burton-on-Trent with my I need a pa to help with housework shopping and cooking and someone who can support me to do task independently and as not to hurt myself. I also need help with food shopping making shopping list checking the food for dates going shopping and helping with my budget. I also want someone who can swim to help me with my personal care swimming getting dressed and undressed and my shower afterwards plus washing my hair. I also have multiple medical conditions I have functional neurological disorder fibromyalgia hypermobility syndrome I am deaf in my right ear and where hearing aids. I also wear glasses. I also have balance and coordination problems I'm awaiting a left hip replacement from arthritis and also have arthritis in my hands too .I also have difficulty with remembering to do things and I like a routine. When I am poorly I resort into a childlike state.. I like plenty of cuddles I like watching children's TV programs. I also have my favourite teddy she's called rainbow bunny.. Social services are doing my care hours at the moment I have 11 hours a week and only use three for my personal care I have 8 left. At the moment I feel really lonely and isolated and don't have any friends I have one best friend from school and that's it I do talk to a lot of people on Facebook but I'm vulnerable so I shouldn't be using it. I can use public transport independently but if I go to a new place I need support. I also need help with making appointments reading through appointment letters emails and texts I'm making sure that I have all my appointments in my diary and I know when I'm going and where I'm going . My big appointments like my hips and my ears and my hands I will need someone to accompany me to the hospital and make sure I understand what the doctor has said and after the appointment normally it takes me a few days to fully understand everything that's been said I will ask probably over and over again because I don't understand something. I also need someone who can help me with my diet because I've got to lose weight for my operation and I'm finding it extremely difficult. The person who comes I need them to start as soon as possible because I need this level of support.

We are looking for a carer to help with getting our child ready for school (Some personal care may be required), giving him breakfast and then taking him to school (1 mile away) Ideally needed Mon-Fri but can negotiate. Extra hours also may be available if desired.

I’m a 29 year old looking for someone to help me with my day to day needs and enable me to live a fulfilled life . I am a huge animal lover with a small dog and two cats so it’s vital that you love animals too and are comfortable being around them . I am a full time wheelchair user but transfer independtlently.I have both physical illnesses and mental health illnesses and so it’s important to find someone compassionate ,understanding and non judgmental . There will be help needed with some personal care tasks such as helping get dressed and showering and more practical tasks such as giving medication ,washing clothes and food/drink preparation . There will also be a level of light house work such as sweeping floors ,cleaning kitchen sides and doing washing up . I have “social calls” twice a week for 3 hours where we go out and do activities such as shopping ,cinema ,zoos ,parks etc . I also love going out for walks with my dog and doing arts and crafts and baking .

We are looking for a reliable nanny to pick our 2 boys up from school, take them home and provide childcare including preparing their evening meal until 5pm 3-4 evenings a week. We have 2 little boys E 8 and O 6 E has a recent diagnosis or autism and O is awaiting diagnosis, for both boys their main need is speech language as communication. So experience working with SEN would be advantageous.

Looking for kind , compassionate and caring individual for my 14 yr old daughter who has severe autism with severe learning difficulties, non verbal and can have challenging behaviour sometimes. Duties will include help with washing and toilet needs, help with dressing , at home or outings such as swimming and other activities she enjoys so must have own transport.

Assist in washing and dressing, assist him with his meal, assist him with toileting needs, basically just support him where necessary, because he is a very good boy. No challenging behaviour. We needed help because we both work shifts.
