Providing care and transport for 23yr old young lady who is non verbal but has good communication skill and understanding. Providing transport to and from group sessions, maybe going out for dinner, and support on the weekends either Saturday or Sunday. Some degree of personal care is required, own transport is a must as most of the duties include getting out and about in the local community, forest walks etc. Alternatively providing support in house, cooking, baking doing craft etc.

We're looking for someone to help us with part-time care for our four year old son who has autism. He is non-verbal and can display challenging behaviour, so experience in this area is vital. He is also an extremely affectionate, independent and playful little boy, who is constantly learning and developing, which is always rewarding to be around!
It'll be approx eight hours per week with two set evenings (one being either Friday/Saturday). The role will involve staying with our son until he falls asleep, keeping him company and also changing him. Due to the finish times, between 21:00 - 23:00, being able to drive would be a benefit as public transport is extremely limited on the evenings.
We are likely to require additional help over the summer holidays during the day, but this can be discussed.
