SEN Nanny required with experience of Autism & ADHD

I am a single mum and require some help with my 12 year old son who has autism and ADHD and PANDAS. He is verbal, bright, highly inquisitive and active and can display challenging behaviour. He has a few selective special interests which are common with autism, especially fire alarms! I also have a 9 year old son with mild autism.
Duties to include:
Keeping eldest safe, engaged and entertained as he really requires 1:1 attention. Some cleaning & housekeeping duties.
Outings such as park/walks/ swimming
HOURS
Approx 15 hours term time, 25 hours school holidays
£232 - £29820 Hr. / Week

I am looking for a nanny for my son who has Aspergers and ADHD. Due to his disability and his challenging behaviour, it is vital that you have relevant experience. Hours required are on a week 1 & week 2 schedule detailed as follows:
Week 1
Monday 5-7
Tuesday 5-7
Sunday 12-4
Week 2
Wednesday 5-7
Thursday 5-7
In addition to this, I would require more hours in the school holidays to equal approx 15 hours per week.
Can be flexible on hours for the right person.
Duties will include keeping him safe, engaged and entertained as he requires 1:1 attention. He has a younger sibling and at times it may be that you give him some 1:1 time whilst I give 1:1 to my eldest.
We would like someone fun, energetic, patient, caring and with experience and a keen interest in autism and/or ADHD.

9 year old arrives by transport from school un a buggy needs to be brought in using ramp outside house. Has peg feeds 4pm feed. Other children arrive home 4pm, will provide support. Mom home by 6pm.
