To provide day / night support subject to availability, to our daughter who has a uncommon medical condition but that is completely managed with the right type of care and support. The relationship between her and her carer is far more important than the experience as its highly unlikely that someone would be familiar with her nutrition / medical needs. 12 hour shifts on days / waking nights. Full paid training, but all training would be on nights to learn alongside our brilliant experienced carer, but still more support required. Much better to discuss in person rather than get into lots of technical detail here.
