To support a 15 year teenage boy

We are looking to employ a mental health carer to support our 15 year old son diagnosed with ADHD and OCD
Also on the pathway for ASD.
We are currently in a period of crisis since an intense period of OCD which causes most destress when he comes to settle for bed.
Initially we require support at night.
Potentially leading to hours during the day to support with clubs and activities.
