I'm looking for an efficient, trustworthy, and regular cleaner for general domestic tasks. I value sincerity, punctuality, and attention to detail, so I’m seeking someone who will arrive on time and consistently keep to our agreed schedule. The role involves cleaning the kitchen, bathroom, floors, dusting, bed changing, occasional window cleaning, and other tasks as required. A 3-hour (minimum) cleaning session is preferred on Thursday or Friday afternoons, starting at 12 pm, 1 pm, or 2 pm (mornings not possible). For the first few months, I will assess your reliability, punctuality, and ability to follow my cleaning instructions precisely. After a period of time, if you perform well and demonstrate a cooperative attitude, there may be an opportunity for a rate increase or occasional extra payments as a reward for good performance. It is crucial that you allow me to demonstrate how I want each task done, and you must follow my written instructions exactly. Failure to do so will result in the loss of the position.
