My son’ needs : Autistic traits, global developmental delay, can not walk independently, can not feed or drink himself, fully dependent, limited speech, words unintelligible, can write, medically transfusion dependent due to non functional bone marrow and chronic kidney disease ( on palliative care). Expectations: Love and care Water n fluids are very important; because of his kidney condition. During school holidays ; must required on the above days. During school days: He attends special school , but catches frequent cough n flu so attendance is around 60%, so wants someone incase if he is unwell and does not attend school.
