I am looking for a regular cleaner, starting with a deep clean of my house following recent renovations. The property is a two-bedroom house, which includes a main bedroom and a spare bedroom, as well as a separate dining room, living room, single bathroom, and kitchen. I am flexible with the start date and would like to schedule the deep clean for January. The cleaning should include hoovering, mopping, and dusting, as well as cleaning the windows both internally and externally, and wiping down the door frames and skirting boards. The kitchen is particularly dirty, as it has not been fully renovated and the property was unoccupied for over a year. The fridge and washing machine will need a deep clean, while the other appliances are new and will only require minor cleaning. Additionally, the radiators need to be dusted due to year’s worth of dust accumulation from the previous occupancy and renovation work. Please note that there is no carpet in the house. The bathroom has just been renovated and also requires thorough cleaning. The sofa and mattress will need to be steam cleaned. For regular cleaning, I expect the following tasks to be included: dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning the bathroom and kitchen, wiping down cabinet fronts, and assisting with cleaning the pet bowls (I have three cats). Additionally, I would like bedding changes and bathroom floor mat changes to be part of the regular service. I am looking for regular bi-weekly cleans, best day can be discussed and arranged.
