I need help for 3 times a day - morning c08.00, 1.00 pm and 9.00 pm.

I need a carer to get me up in the morning, wash me while in bed, and using a Reliant sit to stand aid, to get me on a wheeled shower commode to wheel me to the lounge and using the sit to stand aid again, to put me on my riser recliner. At lunch time, I will need to get onto my shower commode and wheeled into the loo. I can use the loo and cleanse myself. I will then need to be moved to the lounge and put onto my riser recliner. While in the loo I will need a lunch prepared and a flask of coffee and a filled roll made up for teatime. In the evening I will need a loo break while the carer will wash up lunch things. After the loo break I will need to be wheeled to my bedroom and using the Reliant will need to be put to bed.
£250 - £32217 Hr. / Week

Hello!
I am based in Witney and care for my elderly Mum on a live in basis. However I would really like each weekend off if at all possible, starting from Friday tea time up to Sunday tea time on a pop -in basis to make sure Mum eats, gets a wash, has assistance with dressing and undressing for bed as well as light meal preparation, light washing up, assisting with medication, companionship and chat/cuppa.
Seeking a friendly, caring, positive, English speaking lady familiar to chatting with the elderly and those with diagnoses of dementia/ alzheimers. Mum is also very hard of hearing, so a loud voice and organized, proactive approach would be greatly appreciated and respected.
Live out basis preferred: 4-6 visits from Friday PM to Sunday PM needed., estimated at up to 8hrs in total every weekend.
