Usual care working with a small team assisting a bedbound lady

Personal carer sought for family member, a retired doctor aged 85. He has a caregiver who visits two mornings a week; we are looking for another experienced, responsible caregiver to help out for three or four other mornings per week (about 2 hrs) and a couple of evenings (about 1.5 hrs). This is largely mealtime care, as well as dressing/washing and occasional stoma care.

We need an experienced, hard-working and responsible elderly care provider near Oxford OX1. Please apply if you think you'd be a good match. Hours are 9am-6pm. Client has dementia and is bed bound so transferred using a hoist. We assist with personal care, provide companionship, prepare meals and assist the client with eating. There is also some housework, laundry etc involved.

Three or four mornings a week for an hour or two and, if available, two or three evenings for the same. Granddad has Parkinson's and needs help dressing, a simple breakfast and sometimes a walk. In the evening, he needs dinner (uses Cook organic ready meals - very easy!), a little company and help undressing/ into his dressing gown. Stoma changes at times. He puts himself to bed later, no help needed. This role could be shared out between two carers - either dividing mornings from evenings, or weekdays from weekends. Many possibilities.
