Most importantly, managing the child's behavioural challenges through consistent routines, positive reinforcement, and firm, fair discipline.
I travel a lot with work so occasional weekends required and sometimes 2/3 nights mid week if in the USA.

Your Role:

My family is seeking a caring and reliable nanny to join us as I prepare to return to work in April. We have a son, L, who was born on March 21, 2024.
Initially, we are looking for someone to provide occasional babysitting, perhaps once a week. This will give us a chance to get to know you and allow L time to bond with you before I return to work.
