M is a lovely 6 year old autistic boy and is non-speaking. He has no sense of danger and likes to run so someone with a firm grip is needed! I work full time so have to go to work from 8am each morning and his drop off time is 8:45am at school. I have 2 young children who my mum/husband struggle to look after during the drop off so someone to come to ours at 8am and help get M ready and either take him to school or stay with the two smaller children while my mum/hubby does the drop off would be helpful.
