Flexible roles which can be standalone or combined include: - Morning Nanny (7-9 AM at least 3 mornings per week) - Afterschool Nanny (3:30-8 PM at least 4 days per week) - House Management (10 hrs/week at a flexible time) Who We Are Looking For - Experienced and proactive individuals who take initiative. - Communicating openly and offering new ideas and ways of doing things. - Reliable, punctual, and flexible to occasionally change or add working hours if needed. - German speaking is a bonus, but not essential. Key Responsibilities Each of these can be a standalone role or can be combined with the others to add more hours. Role 1: Morning Nanny Duties (6 to 10 hours per week from 7 to 9am): - Help get the girls ready for school/nursery and then bring them there by walking or public transport. - Required at least 3 mornings per week (flexible on which mornings). Role 2: Afterschool Nanny Duties (20 to 25 hours per week from 3.30 to 8pm): - Pick up from school at 3:30 PM and travel home by public transport. - Prepare snacks and engage in play activities and homework support. - Do the nursery pick-up and then feed the girls dinner. - Keep school bags, toys, and clothes clean and in order. - Required at least 3 evenings per week (flexible on which evenings). Role 3: House Management (10 hours per week at a flexible time): - Perform housekeeping duties including cleaning, laundry, ironing, and maintaining a tidy home. - Manage online grocery shopping and keep the pantry stocked. - Keep us organised and ensure everything is in its place and running smoothly. - Prepare food if requested. - Be at home when other services are there (e.g., window cleaning, dry cleaning drop-offs). What We Are Offering - Fixed and reliable hours with a competitive salary. - Open and regular communication. - Support in creating the role you are looking for. - A non-smoking household with no pets. - Additional support may be requested if we are travelling for work. Start Date - As soon as possible, between April and September 2025.
