Flexible sitter with experience for freelance family

Hi, we are looking for someone or a few people to have on hand for when me and my husband both have to work and can’t cover the childcare. This could involve both half or full days with both boys (16 months and 8 years old) or full day with the toddler while the older boy is at school (to then pick him up), and potentially also overnight stays. We don’t have any specific dates in mind and our jobs get confirmed quite last minute so we are mainly looking for someone that is looking to pick up some extra work maybe while studying etc. If you can only do evening/nighttime/weekends it is not of too much help for us.
