We are a young British-German family based in Hackney, London. We had our first baby in March 2024 (a son, Clemens) and are looking for a German-speaking nanny, initially for 12-18 months starting in January 2025 (although a later start date might be possible). We are a lawyer and architect and will be going back to work full time. Our preferred working hours are Monday to Thursday, 9am to 3pm, and Friday, 9am to 3pm, although possibly longer on some Fridays. It is important to us that you speak German to Clemens. We are looking for a full time nanny for our twin boys (born June 2022). We need someone starting in late October for about 35 hours per week blended (term time 12-18:30 M-F and off term 8:30-6:30pm M-F). This would involve picking the boys up from nursery, playing with them, taking them to activities and to play outside, feeding them, cooking, etc. We would be looking for someone who is also happy to do light housework (ie tidying up, doing kids laundry, doing dishes, hoovering floors etc).
