We are a family of four - Mama, Pappa, our son (2yr 9m), and daughter (9 months) - seeking a highly experienced nanny to join our household starting in September. We offer a competitive salary and benefits, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We're located in Trumpington Meadows, approximately 2.5 miles from our son's nursery. *What We're Looking For* - Early Childhood Experience: Ideally 5+ years professionally, though we'll consider exceptional candidates with less experience. We value deep knowledge of early childhood development and welcome discussions on childcare approaches. - Passion for Infant and Toddler Care: Someone intuitive and attentive, creating a warm, responsive environment tailored to each child's interests and needs. - Excellent Communication: We collaborate closely on childcare approaches and value open, constructive dialogue. - Child-Related Responsibilities: Meal planning and preparation for children Activity planning and execution Nursery drop-offs and pick-ups (own car and clean driving license required) - Light Household Tasks: During nap times, assistance with kid-related tidying, laundry, etc. We have a regular cleaner bi-weekly for deeper cleaning. *Professional Development* We support our nanny's professional growth and are open to discussing opportunities for continued learning or certifications.
