We are a family of four - Mama, Pappa, our son (2yr 9m), and daughter (9 months) - seeking a highly experienced nanny to join our household starting in September. We offer a competitive salary and benefits, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
We have flexibility on schedule for the right candidate, and are open to two or more part time nannies covering the full hours.

- Early Childhood Experience: Ideally 5+ years professionally, though we'll consider exceptional candidates with less experience. We value deep knowledge of early childhood development and welcome discussions on childcare approaches.
- Passion for Infant and Toddler Care: Someone intuitive and attentive, creating a warm, responsive environment tailored to each child's interests and needs.
- Excellent Communication: We collaborate closely on childcare approaches and value open, constructive dialogue.
- Child-Related Responsibilities:
Meal planning and preparation for children
Activity planning and execution
Nursery drop-offs and pick-ups (own car and clean driving license required)
- Light Household Tasks: During nap times, assistance with kid-related tidying, laundry, etc. We have a regular cleaner bi-weekly for deeper cleaning.

Hello! We are looking for someone who can do weekday pick-up and afterschool care (making our son’s dinner, and both child-led and carer-led playtime, and general care) 3-5 days a week for our 21 month old son. Must have a reliable car and full licence with no points, etc.
Where: Pickup at a nursery a few blocks from Central Cambridge Station, and drop off in Trumpington Meadows CB2 (near the Waitrose.) We’d probably do some initial sessions just at our house, then build up to pickups.
When: Hours would be starting between 4.30-5.30pm (for pickup at the nursery), and staying until about 7:45pm. We’re looking for pickup coverage for 5 days a week (M-F.) We’d consider having two separate carers doing pickups on different days, so if you can only do some days, please reach out too! Looking for someone to start asap. :)
About you: Looking for someone with experience taking care of and nurturing learning in young kids. Able to provide references, and the usual DBS etc checks (or equivalent).
To note: we are also looking for someone who can do Sundays and school holidays 8am to 5pm-7pm (Flexible on end time.) This doesn’t need to be the same person, but could be.
