I have past experience working with someone with muscular dystrophy as well as the psw course offered at centennial collage. I spend most my days babysitting and am currently with a family however my hours will slow down during the summer time as the child is going to summer camp. I found my time with the man I worked with previously so fulfilling and inspiring that I am interested in gaining more experience in this field. I do have a police check (however it’s expired and will take 3-5 weeks and $75 to replace online, however I can assure you I have no criminal record.) as well as first aid, CPR and PSW experience. I do not have my own transportation so I will either require that or need to do a part time live in scenario. | Growing up with family members who struggle with mental illnesses I am very aware and only want to help people who struggle in anyway I can. I coached skating lessons (1 on 1) with students who couldn’t do group lessons due to having ADHD , anxiety etc. I know how to make one express themselves as everyone learns differently and I am very good with different strategies for each ##########.## all have are strengths and weaknesses and I am one who wants everyone to accomplish their goals and be happy so being able to be a friend to one and watch them grow as an individual, while babysitting is so amazing and fulfills my heart.
