HOUSEKEEPING
Services include but are not limited to dusting, vacuuming, laundry. The intention of this service is to preserve you or your loved one's freedom and independence to be able to stay in your own home and be comfortable and happy.
LAUNDRY SERVICES
Whether you just don’t have the time or are unable to do it, I will pick up, wash fold and bag your laundry. You select your preferences for detergents and I will do the rest!
MEAL PREPARATION
The intention of this service is to take back your time and health through precooking and cooking in batch your meals for the week ahead. We can do it together or you can sit back and allow me to do it for you. We will plan out meals that fit your lifestyle and dietary needs.

COMPANIONSHIP &
COMMUNITY NAVIGATION
The intention of this service is to provide conversation and companionship to you or your loved one to reduce isolation and brighten their day. I will also help connect you or your loved one with services in and around their community that are out of my areas of expertise.
ERRANDS & ODD JOBS
Services include but are not limited to Grocery shopping, booking appointments, dog walking, snow removal & lawn maintenance.
