I am a new graduate from the University of Ottawa Nursing Program, seeking work this summer while I study for my RN registration exam - making my schedule very flexible. I have a lot of nannying/sitting experience, with kids from newborn to age 8, including night nurse position with newborn premie twins; references available. I have completed my nursing degree, including maternity & pediatric hospital placements (among others) and I am hoping to eventually become a paediatric or NICU nurse. I am happy to work with children of all ages and abilities, and I am a very friendly and outgoing person. I have a current criminal record check with vulnerable persons sector, I have completed CPR, first aid, & BLS (Basic Life Saving) courses, and have all of my vaccinations. NRP (neonatal resuscitation program) certification is pending - will be completed mid June. I have a moderate amount of health care knowledge, and have completed several swimming rescue courses. I have a valid G drivers licence and my own car. I love to get outdoors and stay active, and have a very kind/fun approach to care. I am very responsible, reliable, and hard working, and I look forward to hearing more about your family!

| I currently live at home with my parents and 3 young siblings whom I've helped care for since birth. I work as a server on weekends but am working towards a diploma in child and youth services. I have been babysitting since I was 12 when I took a course and became a certified babysitter including a first aid certification. Ever since I got certified I have been around/worked with children of all ages providing childcare, light house keeping, school pick up and drop offs, meal preparation, and bed time routines. I would love an opportunity to provide my help wherever needed, as well as start gaining experience in my dream career.
