Child Care in Mount Albert

| Hello! My name is Shannon, I am from Mount Albert L0G, and am looking for a scheduled caregiver position. I graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University with an Honours Undergraduate degree in Global Studies and from Seneca College's Government Relations post graduate degree. For four summers I taught at the York Region District School Board's Summer Institute program where I lead classrooms of 8-25 students through various curriculum's. I have been providing care giving services since I was 16 years old in various capacities (occasional babysitting and regular childcare). | I have provided care for several families in the Newmarket area and cared for children from the ages of 7months - 12years old. I am CPR certified, and have experience with taking care of multiple children of multiple age ranges at a time. I would be willing to cook and prepare meals, do light housekeeping and laundry, and run small errands if need be. As a student at the University in Early Childhood Studies, understand the importance of child care and make it a priority to create an environment for children to feel safe and secure and to reach their maximum potential.
