Companionship for woman with Alzheimer's in a Pickering retirement home

I am looking for a person to spend a couple of hours a day, 3 times a week with my mother on law. She has Alzheimer's and needs mental and physical stimulation in her days. English is her second language so I am looking for someone who possibly speaks Czech but it is not mandatory. Companionship would include a walk outside every visit as long as weather permitted and possibly taking her out for coffee or errands. She loves gardening and watching the critters playing outside. She loves dancing and having chit chats. Helping with personal care would be needed such as prompting to brush her teeth and helping shower if she has an accident.
$113 - $1456 Hr. / Week
