Care giver for my 18 year old son with Autism

I am looking for a caregiver for my 18-year-old who has Autism and is non-verbal, well-behaved, follows instructions but needs supervision for his daily tasks. I am single Dad in Ajax living with 3 wonderful children - a 25 year old son, a 24 year old daughter and the youngest is a 18 year old boy.
I need to travel for work and business and hence looking for a respite (self-employed) caregiver to take care of him in my absence. While I cannot guarantee a fixed number of hours per week, I have the flexibility of arranging my travel plans to align with the availability of the caregiver. I am looking for someone who my son will be comfortable interacting with for the long term.
Most visits will be for a few hours each.

Seeking a kind and friendly female caregiver for my elderly grandmother, Kathy.
Kathy is a 75 year old woman with a wonderful soul who is looking for some assistance and company. Kathy has atypical Parkinsonism and is in the later stages.
Seeking two positions. Both part time.
Position 1: Monday- Friday from the hours of 7am-11am, this may vary day to day, for a total of approximately 15-20 hours a week.
Position 2: Saturday & Sunday from the hours of 7am-11am, this may vary day to day, for a total of approximately 4-8 hours a week. Please note that this position may also require weekday coverage if the caregiver in position one is off for any reason.
Daily tasks include: helping Kathy get up and dressed each morning, making basic meals, helping with bathroom needs, feeding the cat and doing litter boxes, and other tasks as needed.
Requirements: must be fully fluent in English, must be able to commit to a long term placement as we would like Kathy to have the same caregivers consistently.
Hours and pay are negotiable for the right person. Pay can be weekly or biweekly.
Having your own vehicle is a bonus but not a requirement.
