Seeking an experienced housekeeper and nanny for two wonderful children aged 6 and 9. The ideal candidate will have a Driver’s License and be able to drive the family vehicle to pick the children up from school. They must have a good command of English and be willing to assist with nightly reading and math homework. The children are engaged with numerous activities which may require pick up and drop off during the week (golf, music, field hockey, soccer, etc). The candidate will usually start their day around 11:00am and finish around 6:30pm. They must be willing to perform housekeeping duties while the children are in school including vacuuming, laundry, cleaning the bathrooms, changing bedsheets, and cleaning the kitchen. They should also be comfortable cooking as they will be expected to prepare the family meal for dinner and help make lunches for the children for the next day. We are looking for someone who is willing to work approximately 7.5 hours a day for at least 4 days per week. Extra hours will be available for evening work and potentially a 5th day a week when necessary. Compensation will be $25/hr and increase with ongoing employment. We are a two working professional family. We have had wonderful experiences with our previous nannies, and we are looking forward to welcoming another person into our family. Hi, I am looking for a caring nanny to look after our 3 month old child to work evenings 10pm to 6am, 4-5 days per week; while we sleep upstairs. We live in a 3 story townhome in Yaletown. Feeding, diaper changing, and bottle washing is required, along with light cleaning of your workspace in the living room/kitchen. This is a full time night shift, so bed will be provided for sleeping. You would stay awake while the baby sleeps.
