We are a family (kids aged 5 and 7) looking for support with child care and light household activities! We both work 50+ hour weeks and need help running the daily activities of the house! We also have a friendly dog (chocolate lab). Looking for help Monday-Thursday 2-6pm. Our kids are fun, kind and active with daycare most days. We need help with pickup from school or daycare, snacks and dinner and to and from activities on those days. Because of our long days, we also need help with “moving the house along” which could include packing and unpacking lunches, moving kids laundry along, tidying the house, dishes, letting the dog out etc. Top competencies include - integrity - being on time, agreeing on expectations, doing what they say they will do - communication - communicates openly, shares what they need and is kind, open to feedback - proactive - starts to understand what things are helpful for the family in advance, suggests activities that can make family life easier! - quality - does a great job, thorough and stands behind it If that sounds like you, please reach out!
