I have extensive hands on experience in child entertainment and care. Co-founder for an organisation called Net-Able that supports the integration of children with disabilities into the mainstream netball competition, January 2019 we held our first funday to teach children with varying disabilities how to play netball. The day was aimed to strengthen community support and enable children of all abilities to experience Netball. I have obtained a current Working with Children Check and a Police check.
Through my extensive voluntary experience I have gained a good insight into the needs of young people, specifically at risk groups. My customer service experience has enhanced my communication and interpersonal skills with diverse members of society. Through my role as a supervisor I believe I have developed a good level of resilience, stamina and the ability to work under pressure and through difficult situations with integrity.
