| Hello! My name is Lauren, I am 20 years old living in Western Sydney! I work part time as a teaching assistant at a Specialist Steiner school. I am passionate about the holistic development of children with disabilities and am currently studying a Bachelor of Special and Inclusive Education (Primary) at university. I am passionate about aiding in the development of children through their hands, hearts and heads. I am looking to nanny or babysit over the school holidays and the occasional weekend.

| I have extensive hands on experience in child entertainment and care. Co-founder for an organisation called Net-Able that supports the integration of children with disabilities into the mainstream netball competition, January 2019 we held our first funday to teach children with varying disabilities how to play netball. The day was aimed to strengthen community support and enable children of all abilities to experience Netball. I have obtained a current Working with Children Check and a Police check. Through my extensive voluntary experience I have gained a good insight into the needs of young people, specifically at risk groups. My customer service experience has enhanced my communication and interpersonal skills with diverse members of society. Through my role as a supervisor I believe I have developed a good level of resilience, stamina and the ability to work under pressure and through difficult situations with integrity.

| I have workers at a NDIS disability company for almost 2 years. I have workers in a SIL accommodation with a variety of different clients with different needs. I am currently studying for a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work. I did meal preparations, meditation administration, companionship, and general cleaning.
