I am considered a bubbly, loving and caring girl by my family, friends and my previous childcare workplace. Although my profile says I have 'no experience' with children who have special needs, I definitely do, just not quite one year! During my time at the childcare centre, I cared for many children with a range of different special needs, one being down syndrome, others with Autism, others with speech delays/developmental delays and others which had cochlear implants/hearing loss. I often was the primary staff member who cared for these children as most other staff lacked patience, empathy and understanding, all of which are qualities I hold. I'd be happy to assist you and your family regardless of what extra care your child needs!
