| After a fulfilling early career in nursing and healthcare, I transitioned to roles in administration, procurement and logistics with Defence. It was work I loved too, but downsizing meant I got the chance to try a tree-change to Orange, serving customers’ needs with Centrelink. I returned to Sydney at the start of this year doing more Defence contract work with Naval Ship Management, which ended “slap bang” during COVID.
